The predecessor of Shanghai Toex Trading Co., Ltd. was the R&D Department of Shanghai Shernbao Company which is one of the best suppliers of pet grooming tools and equipment in China.

Shanghai Shernbao has served for international famous brands as the sole agent in China and even in Asia. The brands include "Andis" and "Laube" professional clippers, '"Elit" dryers, "Hikato" scissors and others.

After six-year continuous development, Shanghai Shernbao got much experience in selling and developing pet grooming tools and equipment, and began to design and manufacture our own products. Our production concept and quality were tested and accepted by consumers. In order to serve more companies, find new partners and develop overseas market, Shanghai Toex was separated to be an independent company.
